The Yim Family Foundation was established as a formal expression of the family's conviction that wealth carries a corresponding obligation to the communities from which it is derived. Founded by Mr. and Mrs. Yim, the Foundation operates across Southeast Asia with clear programmatic mandates, independent governance, and documented impact.
Our three focus areas — English literacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and global academic excellence — reflect the values that have guided the Yim family throughout five decades of business: discipline, integrity, and a responsibility to those who came before and those who come after.

Supporting the rollout of English language education beginning at Kindergarten — well ahead of the national standard — to bridge the linguistic gap early and equip Cambodian children with the communication skills that define workforce readiness in the modern global economy.
